"Look at the sea, great and wide" (Tehillim 104:25)--this is the Torah, as it says, "It is longer than the earth in measure, and broader than the sea" (Iyov 11:9).
"There the ships voyage" (ibid., v. 26)--these are the young scholars, some prohibiting and some permitting, who pilot the world like a boat.
